Artist Submission Form The Carolina Underground Circuit cannot process your submission without the proper submitted items. 1. Music - send us your hottest song or songs (NO More Than 3 Songs For The Mixtape Competition) on a Cd or email it to us. If you have a cd and you want it reviewed by the CUC Professionals please contact us for more details. 2. Bio - send us your information on a floppy disc saved as either a word document or text . The bio should include a brief description describing you and your music. 3. Picture - send us a picture of you or your group also saved on a floppy of Cd as a jpeg or giff image. Make sure the quality of the picture is veiwable so that it will post clear on the site. 4. Payment - We are currently accepting artists music free of charge for the Carolina Mixtapes, so please send you material to MARETS Entertainment 5628 Prescott Ct.Charlotte, NC 28269. 5. Submission Form - send us your submission form signed and dated, along with the above items. The submission form must be signed in order to process your submission. 6.
