Please read the following agreement, your signature enables us to post your music on our mixtape.

Carolina Underground Circuit License:

We the herein below the signed artist/s grant the Carolina Underground Circuit the non-exclusive right and license to transmit over the internet via streaming technology, electronically and to publish on the Carolina Underground Circuit mixtape the song which includes the track and lyrics from the signed artist/s. These rights are granted to the Carolina Underground Circuit for no cost, the consideration being the promotional advancement, and free marketing of the submitted material. The signee shall at all times retain the copyrights, sound recording, music compositions, and any other materials provided to the Carolina Underground Circuit.

We warrant and represent that we are the sole and exclusive owners of all the rights granted herein, including the rights in and to the master sound recordings, videos, compositions, copyright, trademark, trade name, artwork, text and other materials provided hereto;

That no material submitted to the Carolina Underground Circuit will violate any law, or violate or infringe upon the rights of any person, or artists; and that we are under no disability restriction or prohibition with respect to our right to execute this agreement.

We agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Carolina Underground Circuit/ Marets Entertainment from any claim, liability, cost and expense in connection with any claim brought forth by any individual, in connection with any agreement made between the signee and the Carolina Underground Circuit/Marets Entertainment. This Agreement shall be interpreted under North Carolina and South Carolina law and shall be subject to all state compliances.
