Please submit songs on CD only. Minimum of 3 songs required.

BIO (or some kind of text)
We would prefer text submitted on IBM formatted disk, saved as .txt or .doc. However, we will accept decipherable, handwritten or typed documents. What you submit to us is generally how you will appear within these pages. Therefore, we advise you to take some time with your text. How would you like to be perceived? What is your story? How would you describe your music

PHOTO
You can submit a hard copy of your photo. However, this will not be returned to you unless you include a stamped, self addressed envelope. Alternatively, you can submit your image(s) on IBM floppy disk saved as .jpg or .gif. Please send highest quality image(s) available. What we get is all we can use! Artist assumes responsibility for the accuracy of the content featured throughout web area.

STEP TWO
Please enclose in your package:

FEE
There is a $10.00 submission fee to have your music reviewed. Please make your check or money order payable to the Carolina Underground Circuit.

STEP THREE Please enclose in your package: SUBMISSION FORM Click here <submit.html> to print out your submission form. Fill out and include with your package.

STEP FOUR

Check that you have enclosed the following in your package. Important! We cannot examine your submission without:

• CD
• Bio (or some kind of text)
• Photo
• Check for $10.00 (or print out credit card receipt you received in your e-mail)
• Submission release form
