Ok Carolina's it time to show what you got. Who will be the next artist from the Carolina's to show they belong with the big dogs. I'm tired of hearing everybody down here say they're the hottest MC from the Carolina's. Well you now have the opportunity to state your claim. Don't keep bragging on how good you are to your friends, prove it to the streets, we all know the streets don't lie. This process is the best way to find the hottest artists out of the Carolina's. We don't care how many songs you send in, if they're hot they'll make the cut if there not, they want. You have a lot of competition out there, so now all the haters that didn't give you respect in your area, want have a choice if you constantly make the Circuit Mixtape, because as I stated earlier only the hottest songs will make the cut. Here's everybody's opportunity to get his or her name out in the Carolinas and beyond. So in other words because your boy at the radio station plays your songs don't mean S???. If you don't make the Circuit Mixtape you must not be as good as you thought you were.
